James will conduct a personalised fitness consultation and assessment, where he will determine your health goals, consider any medical conditions or injuries and your fitness starting point.
Based on your assessment results and training requirements he will develop a plan so you can begin your health and fitness development journey. You can choose from any of James four plans:

How it works
James will tailor the challenge to suit you best. You will be required to fill out an initial questionnaire so that James can create the required plan to smash your goals. No access to a gym, no problem! Home workouts available on request.

How it works
This plan is customised to you and your goals whether it be fat loss, toning, body-building preparation or muscle gain. James will prescribe you the most efficient training program to help you reach your goals so that you can use these at the gym or wherever you prefer to exercise.
This plan should only be followed for four weeks maximum before an update is needed.

12 Week Body Transformation Program
Timeframe
12 weeks
How it works
You will be asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire so that James can get to know you better. It will include questions about what your goals are so James can tailor your programme to best suit your needs.
Your fitness plan will be progressive and will challenge you each week that passes. Your overall fitness will improve and you will become stronger, whilst never feeling bored or under-challenged. Eventually, you will feel the benefits of quality exercise and diet which will transform your body and mind so that you will remain healthy, fit and strong.
Progress photos are highly encouraged with the JN Total Transformation Package, so you can track your progress and look back on your amazing journey.
